Terms of Service
By commissioning me (Blu), you agree to the following terms.1. Scope & Purpose
I create custom maps for TTRPGs, books, games, and worldbuilding projects based on the scope and references you provide.
We’ll clearly define the map’s purpose early on (e.g., for print, digital, crowdfunding) to ensure proper format, resolution, and level of detail.2. Communication & Revisions
I value clear communication and provide regular progress updates throughout the process.
You’ll receive screenshots after major milestones and are welcome to give feedback at every stage.
Revisions are unlimited as long as they don’t completely change the original concept.
Major reworks that significantly alter the direction of the project may require an additional fee.3. Payment & Deadline
To book a commission slot, a full payment or a 50% deposit is required.
I’ll begin work once the payment is confirmed.
Delivery timelines are discussed beforehand — while small delays may occur, I’ll always keep you informed and updated.4. Usage Rights & Delivery
You may use the final map for personal or commercial purposes, with credit appreciated whenever possible.
I may showcase the map in my portfolio or social media unless we agree otherwise.
Final files are delivered in high-resolution PNG, or other formats upon request (PDF, JPG, WEBP, etc.).5. Refunds & Cancellations
All payments are non-refundable once work has started.
If I must cancel the project for any reason, a full refund will be issued.I aim to make this a collaborative, respectful, and creative experience for both of us!
